Our 50+ Lifestyle Consultant is available to meet with you and your family to establish an ongoing relationship and to explore the best resources and services to meet your needs. Be proactive and contact the Lifestyle Consultant early, when you have family members in their 40's, 50's and early 60's. You and your loved ones will benefit from having a "trusted partner" who knows you well when having to make important decisions. In your first meeting, the Vibrant Aging Solutions Lifestyle Consultant meets personally with you to accomplish three things:

A Team of Professionals
Vibrant Aging Solutions has hand-picked a core group of Preferred Providers who are available to participate in collaboration with you and your family. They are noted for their skill and expertise in their fields and their years of experience in solving problems and meeting the needs of older adults. You may draw on their experience at any time during the lifestyle collaboration process which in most cases will be continuing forward as you age.
An extension of the Lifestyle Consultant, our Preferred Providers are a team of professionals in the financial, real estate, construction, legal, mobility, transportation, errand running & concierge, technical, insurance, social, entertainment and the health professions. Upon your request, the Lifestyle Consultant will schedule an appointment for you to meet with one or more of the professionals on your team to get more information about a resource, service and/or product. The Team goal is to assist you in living the best quality of life while you age in the comfort and familiarity of your own home, and to assist you with more difficult decisions and transitioning smoothly should you need to move into a community home for more care.
