If you would like to make a tax deductible donation to help pay for a life service provider for an older adult who cannot afford one, or to provide respite care for a loved one or friend who is needing a break from caregiving responsibilities, please fill out the form below and we will get right back with you.  Even just a couple of hours can be a real

blessing to those who need a little comfort and care.  It is also possible to set up a monthly donation that will provide services on a more regular basis.  We will be glad to discuss this when we contact you.  Eighty percent of your donation will go directly to pay for the cost of services and the other 20% will be used for administrative expenses.
