What is aging in place?
The Center for Disease Control defines aging in place as "the ability to live in one's own home and community safely, independently, and comfortably, regardless of age, income, or ability level." An AARP poll determined that 95% of people age 65+ desire to age in the comfort and familiarity of their own home. If this is what you wish to do, you may be asking yourself the question - "how do I make this desire a reality"?
